민경선 고양특례시장이 지역사회 발전을 위해 현장에서 헌신해 온 민관 협력 법정단체 대표단과 만나 민선 9기 시정 비전과 정책 방향을 공유하고, 시민 중심의 협력행정 강화를 위한 소통의 시간을 가졌다.

고양특례시는 지난 13일 시청에서 관내 6개 민관 협력 법정단체 대표단과 소통간담회를 개최했다고 밝혔다.

이번 간담회는 민선 9기 시정 운영 방향을 설명하고, 지역사회 곳곳에서 봉사와 공동체 활성화를 위해 활동해 온 단체들의 다양한 의견을 직접 청취하기 위해 마련됐다.

이날 간담회에는 민주평화통일자문회의 고양시협의회 김성주 회장, 고양시 새마을회 김창규 회장, 한국자유총연맹 고양시지회 오재혁 회장, 바르게살기운동 고양시협의회 방현우 회장, 대한적십자사봉사회 고양시협의회 유순덕 회장, 고양시 주민자치협의체 배상은 회장 등 지역 민관 협력의 중심 역할을 맡고 있는 6개 법정단체 대표들이 참석했다.

이들 단체는 그동안 밑반찬과 연탄 나눔, 이동세탁 봉사 등 다양한 나눔 활동을 통해 취약계층을 지원하고 지역공동체 활성화에 기여해 왔다.

간담회에서는 시민들이 현장에서 체감하는 다양한 의견과 지역 현안에 대한 건의사항이 공유됐으며, 참석자들은 앞으로도 봉사활동과 주민 소통 과정에서 주요 시정과 정책을 시민들에게 적극 알리는 가교 역할을 수행하며 시민과 행정을 잇는 소통 창구가 되겠다는 데 뜻을 모았다.
