고양특례시가 국내 최대 규모 소프트웨어 전시회에서 대규모 개발사업 홍보에 나선다.

시는 3일부터 5일까지 코엑스에서 열리는 '2025 대한민국 소프트웨어대전'에 참가해 일산테크노밸리와 경제자유구역, 창릉3기신도시 등 주요 사업을 알리는 홍보부스를 운영한다고 2일 밝혔다.

아시아 대표 소프트웨어 마켓으로 자리잡은 이번 전시회에는 소프트웨어·IT 분야 350여 개 기업과 단체가 550여 개 부스를 운영하며, 2만여 명의 기업인과 투자자가 방문할 것으로 예상된다.

시는 이번 행사를 통해 일산테크노밸리의 핵심 산업인 콘텐츠·소프트웨어·IT 분야 국내외 기업들과 직접 상담을 진행하고, IR활동을 통한 네트워크 구축과 기업 유치에 나선다는 방침이다.

고양시는 올해 들어 대규모 전시회 참가를 통한 투자유치 활동을 적극 추진해왔다. 

지난 4월 킨텍스에서 열린 '제15회 국제의약품·바이오산업전'과 11월 '2025 디지털미디어테크쇼'에서도 주요 개발사업 상담부스를 운영한 바 있다.

또한 11월에는 여의도에서 '2025 고양특례시 투자설명회'를 개최해 바이오·콘텐츠·IT·AI·모빌리티 등 4차 산업 분야의 국내외 기업인과 투자 관계자 100여 명에게 고양시의 대규모 개발사업과 기업지원 정책을 소개하기도 했다.

시는 일산서구 대화동 일원에 약 26만평 규모로 조성 중인 일산테크노밸리 사업을 본격화하고 있다. 

지난 10월 30일에는 장항수로 남측구간 지식기반시설용지 6개 필지(총 1만4487㎡)에 대한 분양 공고를 시작했다.

분양은 감정평가액 기준 경쟁 입찰 방식으로 진행되며, 2026년 상반기 첨단제조시설용지, 하반기 장항수로 북측구간 용지 분양을 목표로 사업에 속도를 내고 있다.

아울러 시는 바이오·정밀의료, 스마트 모빌리티, K-컬처 분야의 외국인투자기업을 위한 각종 세제혜택과 인센티브 제공을 목표로 경제자유구역 지정을 추진 중이다.

서울과 인접한 지리적 강점을 활용해 자족기능을 갖춘 미래형 복합도시로 조성되는 창릉신도시 개발도 함께 진행되고 있다.

The city announced on the 2nd that it will participate in the '2025 Korea Software Expo' held at COEX from the 3rd to the 5th and operate promotional booths to promote key projects, including Ilsan Techno Valley, the Free Economic Zone, and Changneung 3rd New Town.
