고양특례시 일산동구 장항1동 새마을부녀회는 지난 10일부터 11일까지 양일간, 지역 내 어려운 이웃에게 따뜻한 나눔을 전하는 ‘사랑의 김장담그기’ 봉사활동을 펼쳤다.

이번 행사에는 장항1동 새마을부녀회 회원과 직능단체 회원 등 50여 명이 자원봉사자로 참여해 정성껏 김장김치를 담갔다.

완성된 김장김치는 관내 어려운 이웃 80가구와 경로당 6곳에 전달되어 따뜻한 겨울을 보내는 데 큰 힘이 될 것으로 기대된다.
