(재)파주시청소년재단 교하청소년문화의집은 지난 10월 18일 교하중앙공원 일원에서 ‘제3회 파주시청소년동아리어울림마당 & 파주시청소년동아리연합발표회(YOUTH LIFE)’를 성황리에 개최했다고 밝혔다.

이번 행사는 파주시 청년청소년과와 운정5동 행정복지센터가 공동 주최하고, (재)파주시청소년재단 교하청소년문화의집과 운정5동 주민자치회가 공동 주관했다. 

청소년이 직접 기획하고 운영한 공연과 체험부스를 통해 자기표현력과 창의성을 발휘할 수 있는 참여형 축제로 진행됐다.

체험부스에는 운정5동 주민자치회, 법원여자중학교, 세경고등학교, 심학고등학교, 파주시자원봉사센터, 파주여자고등학교, 한가람중학교, 허그인사회적협동조합이 참여했으며, 공연에는 지산중학교, 파주자유학교, 광탄중학교, 금릉중학교, 파주시청소년수련관, 금촌청소년문화의집, 운정청소년문화의집, 청소년자유공간 쉼표 4호점, 파주시청소년지원센터 소속 청소년들이 참여해 다채로운 무대를 선보였다.

참가자들은 “청소년이 직접 기획한 부스를 체험하고 공연을 관람하며 즐거운 시간을 보냈다”며 높은 만족감을 나타냈고, 주민들과 함께 어울리는 축제 분위기 속에서 청소년 활동의 가치와 의미를 지역사회와 공유하는 뜻깊은 자리가 되었다.

교하청소년문화의집 최경환 관장은 “YOUTH LIFE는 청소년이 스스로 만든 축제로, 그들의 창의성과 자립성을 보여준 뜻깊은 자리였다”며 “앞으로도 청소년이 주체가 되는 문화 활동을 지속적으로 지원하겠다”고 밝혔다.

The Paju Youth Foundation's Kyoha Youth Culture Center announced the successful hosting of the "3rd Paju Youth Club Harmony Yard & Paju Youth Club Union Presentation (YOUTH LIFE)" at Kyoha Central Park on October 18th.

Participants in the experiential booths included the Unjeong 5-dong Residents' Autonomy Association, Beopwon Girls' Middle School, Segyeong High School, Simhak High School, Paju City Volunteer Center, Paju Girls' High School, Hangaram Middle School, and the Hug In Social Cooperative. The performances featured youth from Jisan Middle School, Paju Free School, Gwangtan Middle School, Geumneung Middle School, the Paju City Youth Training Center, Geumchon Youth Cultural Center, Unjeong Youth Cultural Center, Youth Free Space Comma Branch 4, and the Paju City Youth Support Center, showcasing a diverse range of performances.

Participants expressed high satisfaction, saying, "We had a great time experiencing the booths planned by the youth and watching the performances." The event provided a meaningful opportunity to share the value and meaning of youth activities with the local community in a festive atmosphere.

Kyung-Hwan Choi, director of the Kyoha Youth Cultural Center, said, “YOUTH LIFE is a festival created by youth themselves, and it was a meaningful event that showcased their creativity and independence,” and added, “We will continue to support cultural activities led by youth in the future.”
