(재)파주시청소년재단 금촌청소년문화의집은 국제교류 서포터즈 ‘너, 나 그리고 우리’를 구성하고 본격적인 활동에 들어갔다.

이번 서포터즈는 파주시 청소년들이 직접 국제교류활동의 기획부터 준비, 진행까지 주도적으로 참여하며, 지역 청소년들이 국제교류에 대한 관심을 높이고 적극적으로 참여할 수 있도록 지원하는 것을 목표로 한다.

활동은 10월 11일 발대식을 시작으로 11월 15일 해단식까지 약 한 달간 이어지며 이 기간 동안 글로벌 리더 역량 강화 교육, 한·몽골 청소년 교류활동, 유럽 청소년과의 온라인 교류, 초등학생 대상 세계시민교육 등 다양한 프로그램이 진행된다.

특히 오는 18일과 19일에는 몽골 청소년 32명과 파주 관내 동패중학교, 지산고등학교 등 38명의 학생이 함께 오두산통일전망대와 헤이리도자기학교를 탐방하고, 서포터즈가 직접 기획한 ‘한국문화데이’ 활동에 참여할 예정이다.

파주시청소년재단 원희복 대표이사는 “자연환경이 아름답고 문화유산이 풍부한 파주시에서 청소년들이 세계시민으로 성장할 수 있는 기회를 제공하게 되어 매우 기쁘다”며 “앞으로도 다양한 국가와의 교류를 통해 청소년들의 국제적 역량을 넓혀가겠다”고 말했다.
