(재)파주시청소년재단 파주시청소년수련관은 8월 11일 오전 9시, 수련관 5층 대강당에서 『2025년 청소년자기도전포상제 동장 수여식』을 진행했다.

이번 수여식에서는 초등학교 2학년부터 중학교 1학년까지 청소년 16명이 동장 포상을 받았다. 

이들은 약 6개월 동안 수영, 자기개발, 봉사활동, 탐험활동 등 다양한 분야에서 자기주도적으로 도전 과제를 수행했다.

행사는 동장 메달 및 인증서 수여, 활동 영상 시청, 청소년 활동 소감 발표, 단체 기념 촬영 등으로 이루어졌으며 수련관 전 직원이 함께 포상 청소년을 축하했다.

파주시청소년수련관은 2025년 경기도 청소년자기도전포상제 운영기관 중 가장 먼저 수여식을 마쳤으며, 경기도 내 동장 획득 인원 최다 기록과 파주시 최초 동장 배출이라는 세 가지 의미 있는 성과를 달성했으며 이는 지역 청소년 활동의 새로운 이정표로 평가받고 있다.

청소년자기도전포상제는 여성가족부와 한국청소년활동진흥원이 주관하는 전국 단위 포상 프로그램으로, 청소년이 스스로 목표를 설정하고 실행하는 과정을 통해 자기주도성, 책임감, 성취감을 키우도록 설계된 자기성장 프로젝트다.
