파주시가 올해도 상수도 요금을 동결한다.

이로써 파주시 상수도 요금은 2019년 8월 이후 6년 연속 동결을 유지하게 됐다.

이는 최근 경제적 어려움으로 부담을 겪고 있는 시민들을 배려하고, 민생 안정을 최우선으로 생각하는 ‘민생올인(All人)’ 기조에 따른 조치다.

현재 파주시 상수도 요금은 사용량에 따라 가정용은 톤당 570원~1,110원, 일반용은 톤당 1,110원~1,620원이다.

파주시는 지난 6년 동안 상수도 요금은 동결하면서도 상수도 서비스의 품질을 유지하기 위해 시설의 현대화와 관리 강화를 위한 지속적인 투자를 이어왔다.

또한, 기초생활수급자, 장애인, 국가유공자, 한부모가족, 경로당, 모범음식점, 복지시설 등 17개 분야에 대해 상수도 요금 감면 혜택을 제공하고 있다.
