한국농어촌공사 고양지사는 농업인의 영농정착과 경쟁력 강화, 노후생활 안정을 지원하기 위해 농지은행사업비 141억원을 확보하였다. 

농지은행사업은 은퇴농이나 자경 곤란자, 이농자로부터 농지를 매입하거나 임차수탁을 받아, 농지를 필요로 하는 창업농과 농업인에게 농지를 매도하거나 임대하는 제도다.

사업별 규모는 맞춤형농지지원사업 74억원, 농지연금사업 67억원 등이다.

 맞춤형 농지지원사업은 공공임대용 농지매입사업과 농지규모화사업으로 구성되어 경영규모·연령별 성장단계에 맞춰 맞춤형 농지지원을 해줌으로써 안정적 영농정착을 지원한다. 

특히, 청년·귀농인 등 영농 초기단계에 농지확보에 어려움을 겪고 있는 대상자들을 우선적으로 지원하여 후계농업인 양성 및 안정적 영농정착에 기여해 나가고 있다.
