             억지 주장해도 일본은 손해 볼 것이 없기 때문,

20년간 이어온 시마네현의 “다케시마”날 행사는 제2의 침탈행위

일본이 억지 주장하는 22일 다케시마의 날 행사에 올해도 차관급인사를 시마네현에 파견 한다고 한다.

일본정부는 2006년부터 독도 침탈을 위해 20년째 억지주장을 펼치기 시작 하더니 2013년부터는 시마내현에서 열리는 다케시마의 날 행사에 13년째 차관급 인사를 파견하고 있다.

일본은 1905년에 일방적으로 시마네현 고시를 만들어 회람으로 돌린 종이 한 장으로 독도를 일본 땅으로 둔갑 시키더니 지금까지  노골적으로 독도를 일본 땅이라 우기고 있다.

역사적으로 대한제국 정부는 1900년 10월25일 고종황제의 정식 공문서인 칙령41호를 공포하여 독도가 울릉군의 부속 섬이자 조선의 영토 라는 것을 만천하에 알린바 있다.

아무리 일본이 억지주장과 역사 왜곡을 일삼아도 독도가 대한의 영토라는 사실은  변하지 않는다.

역사적. 행정적 근거와  실효적으로 지배하고 있기 때문이다.

역사왜곡을 일삼아도 바뀌지 않는다는 것을 알면서도 일본이 억지 주장하는 데는 그이유가 있다.

일본정치권과 우익단체들은 선거 때와  사회문제가 불거지면 국민들에게 독도로 관심을 돌리기 위해 단골 메뉴로 다케시마 팔이를 하고 있다.

그리고 독도를 일본 땅으로 주장해도 일본 측은 손해 볼 것이 하나도 없기 때문이다.

그 이유는 그동안 잘못된 한일 어업협정으로 인해 독도 근해에서 엄청난 양의 수산자원을 포획해 가고 있기 때문이다.

특히 일본의 억지주장에도 대한민국 정부의 무관심에 더 재미를 붙이는 것도 이유 중 하나이다.

이렇듯 일본은 손해 볼 것 없는 장사를 왜 마다 하겠는가!

이런 억지 주장 속에서 일본정부는 시마네현의 행사에 한일관계를 배려해 장관을 보내지 않는다는 어처구니 없는 말을 하고 있다.

이제 우리도 일본이 억지 주장하듯 역사적 근거가 있는 옛 우리의 영토였던 대마도를 반환하라고 목청을 높여야 할 때다.

그래서 억지주장을 해서는 안 된 다는 것을 보여 주어야 한다.

일본의 독도 왜곡과 억지주장에 관대한 우리정부와 독도팔이 하는 정치권을 볼 때마다 한숨이 절로 나온다.

일본 중등사회교과서와 방위백서에 역사왜곡의 자료들이 넘치고 일본 정부는 대놓고 우리가 불법으로 독도를 점유하고 있다고 날조를 하는데도 일부 인사들은 실효적으로 지배하고 있으니 무 대응 하자는데 더 답답함을 느낀다.

영토 없이 국가. 국민. 주권은 없다.

주권적 행동만이 독도를 지키는 가장 기본적인 활동 이라는 것을 명심해야 한다.

                              규탄결의문

- 일본은 전범국가로서 망령을 되살리지 말고 국제사회에 석고 대죄하라!

- 독도는 역사적. 행정적으로 대한의 영토이다, 독도침탈 야욕을 즉각 중단하라! 

- 역사왜곡으로 만든 사회교과서와 다케시마의 날을 즉각 철회 하라!

일본정부는 통열한 반성과 사죄만이 국제사회와 대한국민에게 용서 받는 길임을 명심해야 한다.
