고양시 제12선거구(덕이동·송포동·가좌동) 경기도의회 의원 선거에 출마한 김완규 후보(국민의 힘)가 선거운동 종료를 사흘 앞둔 31일부터 투표일까지 잠을 잊은 ‘무박 3일’ 총력 선거운동에 돌입했다.
