고양특례시가 2025년 한 해 동안 적극행정과 규제혁신 분야에서 연이어 성과를 거두며 전국적으로 인정받는 혁신행정 선도 도시로 자리매김했다.

시는 지난 3월 행정안전부가 주관한 ‘지방자치단체 적극행정 우수기관’에 2년 연속 선정됐다. 

전국 243개 지자체 중 상위 6위 이내 기관에만 수여되는 장관상을 수상하며 적극행정 모범 도시로서의 위상을 다시금 확인했다.
