(재)파주시청소년재단 파주시청소년수련관의 참가 청소년 16명(초등학생 15명, 중학생 1명) 전원이 지난 11월 29일 수원시청소년청소년센터 온누리아트홀에서 열린 『2025년 경기도 청소년활동 포상식』에서 '동장'을 수여받는 성과를 거두었다.

이번 포상식은 경기도 내 청소년들의 자기주도활동 성취를 기념하기 위해 마련되었다.

 파주시청소년수련관에서 운영한 청소년자기도전포상제에 참여한 청소년 16명은 활동을 성공적으로 완료하여 전원 포상을 받았으며 이 우수한 결과는 현장에서 큰 주목을 받았다.

참가 청소년들은 약 6개월 동안 봉사활동, 자기개발활동, 신체단련활동, 탐험활동의 네 가지 포상제 핵심 영역을 스스로 계획하고 꾸준히 실천하는 등 활동을 충실히 수행했다. 

활동을 완주한 청소년들은 포상식 무대에서 직접 동장을 수여받으며 성취의 기쁨을 함께했다.

파주시청소년수련관 박종훈 관장은 "모든 청소년이 스스로 설정한 목표를 완수한 것은 매우 의미 있는 성과"라며, "청소년들의 성장을 위해 앞으로도 다양한 도전과 경험의 장을 마련하고 지원을 확대할 것"이라고 밝혔다.

All 16 youth (15 elementary school students and 1 middle school student) who participated in the Paju Youth Foundation's Paju Youth Training Center received "Dongjang" (Korean Won) awards at the "2025 Gyeonggi Province Youth Activity Awards Ceremony," held at the Suwon Youth Center's Onnuri Art Hall on November 29th.

This awards ceremony commemorated the achievements of youth in Gyeonggi Province in their self-directed activities.

The 16 youth who participated in the Youth Self-Challenge Awards Program, run by the Paju Youth Training Center, successfully completed their activities and received awards. This outstanding achievement garnered significant attention.

For approximately six months, the youth faithfully planned and consistently implemented the four core areas of the program: volunteer work, self-development, physical training, and exploration.

The youth who completed the activities shared the joy of accomplishment by receiving their Dongjang awards on stage at the awards ceremony.

Park Jong-hoon, director of the Paju City Youth Training Center, said, "It is a very meaningful achievement that all youths have achieved the goals they set for themselves," and added, "We will continue to provide opportunities for various challenges and experiences and expand support for youth growth."
