파주시가 겨울철 시민들의 건강한 여가 활동을 위해 오는 23일부터 '가족 물놀이장'을 운영한다.

시는 22일 운정다목적체육관과 금촌다목적실내체육관 수영장에서 매월 일요일 가족 단위 물놀이 프로그램을 운영한다고 밝혔다.

이번 프로그램은 추운 겨울철에도 시민들이 가족과 함께 따뜻한 실내에서 여가를 즐기고 소통할 수 있는 기회를 제공하기 위해 마련됐다.

가족 물놀이장은 ▲운정다목적체육관(홀수달 네 번째 일요일) ▲금촌다목적실내체육관(짝수달 세 번째 일요일)에서 각각 운영된다.

운영 시간은 오전 10시부터 오후 5시까지이며, 1부(1013시)와 2부(1417시)로 나뉘어 가족 단위로 입장할 수 있다.

입장 요금은 성인 7,000원, 청소년 5,000원, 어린이 4,000원이다. 

다만 관외 거주자는 50% 할증요금이 적용된다.

파주시민은 신분증 등 거주를 증빙할 수 있는 서류를 지참해야 하며, 이용을 원하는 시민은 네이버 플레이스에서 사전 예약 후 현장 결제를 통해 입장할 수 있다.

김경일 파주시장은 "가족 물놀이장이 추운 계절에도 주말에 가족과 함께 몸과 마음을 따뜻하게 녹일 수 있는 공간이 되길 바란다"고 말했다.

이어 "앞으로도 시민들이 가까운 생활체육시설에서 여가와 건강을 함께 챙길 수 있도록 체육시설 확충과 다양한 프로그램 확대에 노력하겠다"고 덧붙였다.
