고양도시관리공사가 계약업무의 공정성과 효율성 향상을 위해 「계약실무 가이드북」을 발간했다고 12일 발표했다.

지난 5일 발간된 이번 가이드북은 계약업무 경험이 부족한 직원들도 쉽게 업무를 수행할 수 있도록 실무 중심으로 구성됐다. 

계약 절차를 단계별로 체계화하고, 필수 확인사항과 구비서류를 정리해 현장에서 바로 활용할 수 있도록 제작한 것이 특징이다.

특히 지방계약법의 핵심 내용을 담아내고, 발주 단계별 체크리스트와 자주 묻는 질문(FAQ)을 수록해 실무자들이 자주 혼동하는 부분에 대한 명확한 가이드라인을 제시했다. 

복잡한 절차는 도식화해 한 눈에 파악할 수 있도록 시각적 편의성도 높였다.

공사는 가이드북을 전 부서에 배포해 즉시 실무에 적용할 수 있도록 했으며, 공사 계약정보 게시판에 전자책(E-Book) 형태로도 게시해 전 직원이 필요시 언제든 접근할 수 있는 환경을 마련했다.

강승필 사장은 "이번 가이드북이 신규 직원은 물론 발주부서 담당자들의 실무 역량 향상에 크게 기여할 것으로 기대한다"며 "앞으로도 직원들의 계약업무 수행에 도움이 되는 다양한 지원 방안을 지속적으로 마련해 나가겠다"고 밝혔다.
