파주시청소년수련관이 주최한 2025 버스킹 축제 '오픈마이크 페스타'가 지난 9월 6일, 청소년과 시민들의 뜨거운 관심 속에 성공적으로 마무리되었다.

이번 축제는 매달 열리는 '오픈마이크' 버스킹 공연을 확대해 기획된 행사로, 그동안 무대에 섰던 다양한 청소년 아티스트들이 총출동했다. 

전문 버스킹팀 '리트뮤', 청소년 벨리댄스팀 'JN벨루스', 힙합·보컬 동아리 '칠린크루', 싱어송라이터 '기온' 등 여러 팀이 다채로운 퍼포먼스를 선보였으며  특히 대중가수 이츠(IT'S)가 초청되어 큰 호응을 얻었으며, 출연진 전체가 함께 꾸민 특별 무대는 축제의 하이라이트를 장식했다.

또한, 대학생 서포터즈 'HAND'가 진행한 레크리에이션은 관객들에게 즐거움을 선사하며 모두가 함께 어울리는 시간을 만들었다. 

축제에 참여한 시민들은 "청소년들이 주도하는 공연이라 더욱 의미 있었다", "이런 무대를 자주 만나고 싶다"는 긍정적인 반응을 보였다.

(재)파주시청소년재단 박종훈 관장은 "이번 축제는 청소년들이 자신을 표현하고 시민들과 공감하는 소통의 장이었다"며 "앞으로도 청소년과 지역사회가 함께 성장할 수 있는 문화 공연을 지속적으로 확대하겠다"고 말했다.

The 2025 busking festival "Open Mic Festa," hosted by the Paju City Youth Training Center, successfully concluded on September 6th amidst enthusiastic support from youth and citizens.

This festival, an expanded version of the monthly "Open Mic" busking performances, featured a diverse lineup of youth artists who have previously performed on stage.

Teams including professional busking team "Ritmu," youth belly dancing team "JN Bellus," hip-hop and vocal group "Chillin Crew," and singer-songwriter "Gion" presented diverse performances. Popular singer IT'S was particularly well-received, and a special performance by the entire cast was a highlight of the festival.

Furthermore, recreational activities led by university student supporters "HAND" provided entertainment for the audience and fostered a sense of community.

Citizens who participated in the festival responded positively, saying, "The performance was even more meaningful because it was led by youth," and "I hope to see performances like this more often."
