(재)파주문화재단은 2025년 마을문화 지원사업 ‘모두가 마을’에 최종 선정된 7개 프로젝트가 본격적으로 시작된다고 밝혔다.

‘모두가 마을’은 파주 시민이 주체가 되어 지역을 문화예술로 새롭게 바라보고, 직접 문화예술 프로젝트를 기획·실행하는 사업이다. 

지난 4월 공모를 통해 프로젝트가 선정됐으며, 5월에는 선정자 워크숍을 통해 사업의 본격적인 출발을 알렸다. 이 자리에서 시민 기획자들은 전문 문화예술 기획자의 컨설팅을 받으며, 현장에서 느낀 고민과 경험을 공유하고 문화예술의 가능성과 역할에 대해 공감대를 형성했다.

6월부터 ‘모두가 마을’ 프로젝트가 본격적으로 시동을 건다.

‘36.5.’는 두 차례의 모임을 통해 활발한 시작을 알렸다. 

앙금 플라워 케이크 만들기 클래스에서는 주민들이 직접 소중한 사람을 위한 케이크를 만들었고, 자녀의 생일을 맞은 참가자는 특별한 선물을 할 수 있어 뜻깊었다는 소감을 전했다.

지난 6일 열린 ‘별 헤는 밤’ 프로그램에서는 전문 관측 장비를 활용해 유치원생부터 어르신까지 100여 명의 시민이 달과 화성, 별자리를 관찰하며 즐거운 시간을 보냈다. 

참가자들은 스마트폰에 담은 달 사진을 함께 보며, 바쁜 일상 속 잠시 하늘을 올려다보는 소중한 경험을 나눴다.

이 밖에도 마을의 오래된 이야기를 발굴하는 ‘보물찾기’부터 농촌마을 텃밭에서 즐기는 콘서트까지, 일상을 문화로 물들이는 다양한 프로젝트가 파주 곳곳에서 펼쳐질 예정이다.

주요 프로젝트는 다음과 같다.

- 별난독서문화마을 ‘제5회 꽃피는 둘레길’: 법원읍 금곡2리 별난독서문화체험장에서 열리는 마을 축제로, 주민 합창단 발표회, 지역 예술인 공연, 주민 작품 전시, ‘사랑의 감자나눔’ 등 나눔과 온기를 전하는 문화예술축제다.

- 파주 이야기 가게 ‘파평마을 보물찾기’: 파평면 7개 마을을 돌며 문화자원과 주민의 이야기를 ‘보물’로 발굴·기록·공유하는 프로젝트로, ‘파평마을의 보물’ 발표회를 통해 지역 자산에 대한 인식과 애정을 높인다.

- 파주인(人,in) ‘엉뚱발랄 문화예술 탐방단’: 탄현면 농촌마을에서 주민이 직접 기획·참여하는 마을연구소, 텃밭힐링 콘서트, 농촌 체험 놀이터 등 다양한 문화예술 프로그램을 진행한다.

- 한울마을 6단지 ‘그림으로 그리는 마을 이야기’: 운정 한울마을 주민들이 마을의 이야기를 그림으로 기록하고, 이를 바탕으로 지도와 책을 제작한다. 그림 전시, 주민참여 부스, 공연 등과 연계한 환경 문화제도 열린다.

- 통일촌 마을사람들 ‘모두가 모여라: DMZ 통일촌 마을 지도 그리기’: 군내면 통일촌 마을의 역사와 장소를 주민의 시선으로 재구성해 둘레길 지도를 만들고, 마을의 이야기를 기록하며 자긍심을 높인다.

- 36.5 ‘오감 파주’: 파주를 누비며 오감으로 즐기는 문화 프로그램을 진행한다. 정신과 의사와 함께하는 향기 워크숍, 해설이 있는 클래식 감상, 가족과 케이크 만들기, 천문관측, 박물관 한바퀴 등 가족 단위 시민이 즐길 수 있는 프로그램으로 구성된다.

- 우리마을 예술학교 ‘금이동네, 광복 80주년 맞이 한글 사랑과 민요 사랑’: 한글과 민요를 중심으로 금촌2동의 정주의식과 정체성을 되새기며, 광복 80주년을 맞아 민요 전승과 국악 교육, 한글날 주민 공연과 어린이 해설사 활동이 펼쳐진다.

김영준 대표이사는 “2025년 한 해 동안 진행되는 ‘모두가 마을’ 사업은 시민이 직접 문화의 주체가 되어 사람과 사람이 모여 만드는 ‘마을’의 진정한 의미를 새롭게 되새겨보고자 한다”고 밝혔다.

- ‘5th Flowering Circular Road’ of Byeolnan Reading Culture Village: This is a village festival held at Byeolnan Reading Culture Experience Center in Geumgok 2-ri, Beopwon-eup. It is a cultural and arts festival that conveys sharing and warmth through resident choir performances, performances by local artists, exhibitions of resident works, and ‘sharing of love potatoes.’ - Paju Story Store ‘Papyeong Village Treasure Hunt’: A project to discover, record, and share cultural resources and stories of residents as ‘treasures’ by traveling through 7 villages in Papyeong-myeon, and raise awareness and affection for local assets through the ‘Papyeong Village Treasure’ presentation.
