파주시가 중소기업 근로자들의 주거 안정을 위해 '2025년 상반기 한국토지주택공사(LH) 임대주택 중소기업 기숙사 기관공급사업'을 추진한다.

이번 사업은 파주 지역 내 LH 임대주택 공실을 활용해 중소기업 근로자들에게 기숙사 형태로 제공함으로써 기업의 인력 확보와 근로자의 주거복지 향상이라는 두 가지 목표를 동시에 달성하고자 한다.

공급 대상은 초롱꽃마을10, 파주출판1, 파주법원1, 산내마을1 등 4개 단지 총 262호이며, 기업당 최대 10호까지 신청할 수 있다. 

상세한 공급 주택 정보는 파주시청 누리집 고시/공고 게시판에서 확인 가능하다.

임대주택 신청을 원하는 기업은 필요 서류를 구비하여 오는 5월 23일(금) 오후 6시까지 이메일로 제출하면 된다. 

단, 신청이 조기에 마감될 수 있으니 서둘러 신청해야 한다. 

선정 결과는 6월 4일 오후 5시에 개별 문자로 통보되며, 파주시청 홈페이지에서도 확인할 수 있다.

최대일 기업지원과장은 "이번 사업이 중소기업의 인력난 해소와 근로자들의 안정적인 주거환경 마련에 기여할 것"이라며 "많은 중소기업의 적극적인 참여를 바란다"고 밝혔다.

Paju City to Supply LH Rental Housing Dormitory for SME Workers

Paju City is promoting the '2025 First Half Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) Rental Housing SME Dormitory Institutional Supply Project' to ensure housing stability for SME workers.

This project aims to achieve two goals at the same time: securing human resources for companies and improving housing welfare for workers by providing dormitories to SME workers using vacant LH rental housing in the Paju area.

The supply targets 4 complexes, including Cholong Flower Village 10, Paju Publishing 1, Paju Court 1, and Sannae Village 1, with a total of 262 units, and each company can apply for up to 10 units.

Companies wishing to apply for rental housing should submit the required documents by email by 6:00 PM on Friday, May 23.

However, applications may close early, so applicants should apply early.
