(재)파주시청소년재단은 7일, 파주시청소년수련관 5층 강당에서 파주시청소년재단 임직원 전체가 모여 2025년 지역과 청소년 중심의 목표를 설정하는 2025년 시무식을 진행했다.

파주시청소년재단은 이날 시무식을 진행하면서, 2025년 파주시청소년재단에 첫걸음을 내딛는 임직원을 위한 임용식과 2024년 성과를 인정받은 직원에 대한 포상식도 함께 진행하였다. 

2025년 을사년 새해를 맞이하여 파주시청소년재단 전체 임직원이 모여 팀별로 활동 목표 및 슬로건을 정하는 팀 빌딩 시간도 가졌다.

이번 시간에는 인공지능(AI)을 활용하여 더욱 심도 있는 활동 목표 및 슬로건을 정하였고, 이를 이미지로 표현하기도 하였다. 

2025년 지역과 더욱 밀접하고 소통할 수 있는 파주시청소년재단이 되기 위해 각 팀별 목표가 설정되었고, 이를 공유하며 활동 목표를 다짐하기도 하였다.

(재)파주시청소년재단 대표이사 손배찬은 “파주시청소년재단은 지역 공공기관으로서 ESG 경영에 앞장서며, 2025년 시무식을 시작으로 지역 주민에게 다가가는 공공기관으로서 사회적 책임을 다할 것”이라고 말했다.
