고양특례시 덕이도서관은 겨울방학을 맞아 초등학교 5~6학년을 대상으로 오는 2월 5일부터 2월 26일까지 매주 수요일 오전 10시, ‘어서 와, 독서토론은 처음이지?’를 총 4회에 걸쳐 운영한다.

이번 프로그램은 독서와 토론을 통해 참가자들의 문해력과 비판적 사고력을 향상시키는 것을 목표로 한다. 

다양한 주제를 다룬 책을 읽고 토론하며 사고의 폭을 넓히고 질문하는 능력을 키울 수 있는 기회가 될 것으로 보인다.

각 회차는 동물권, 과학기술의 주제를 다루며 그림책, 동화, 공상 과학 소설(SF) 문학을 통해 흥미로운 토론을 제공한다. 

주요 도서로는 허정윤 작가의 ‘63일’, 은경 작가의‘애니캔’, 김종혁 작가의 ‘꽃이 된 로봇’ 등이 있으며, 진행은 이선민 독서토론 전문 강사가 맡는다.[고양=박정호 기자]

Goyang Special City Deok-i Library will hold a total of four sessions of ‘Welcome, Is This Your First Reading Discussion?’ every Wednesday at 10:00 AM from February 5 to February 26 for elementary school 5th and 6th graders during the winter break.
