고양특례시는 청년들을 위한 안정적인 일자리 제공과 중소기업 경영 부담 완화를 위해 2025 청년일자리 미래패키지 사업한다. 

청년일자리 미래패키지 사업은 시에 거주하는 18세~39세 청년을 대상으로 ▲미래성장 행정체험연수 ▲미래도약 청년일자리 ▲미래드림 창업청년지원을 운영한다. 

올해부터 ‘미래성장 행정체험 연수사업’은 더 많은 청년들이 직무 역량을 높일 수 있도록 대상과 기간, 시간이 확대됐다. 

기존 대학생에서 18세~39세 이하 미취업 청년까지 대상자를 넓혔고, 대학생은 여름방학 중 20일, 청년은 상·하반기 3개월 단위로 근무하게 된다. 

연수 날짜와 시간은 1일 5시간에서 최대 7시간까지 배치 부서(기관)의 근무 여건에 따라 조정된다. 

특히 그동안 행정체험 연수가 전산DB화, 반납도서 정비 등 단순 업무 지원에 그친 데 비해 올해부터는 전공을 살린 특화직무가 신설 도입돼 청년 참가자들의 수요가 높을 것으로 예상된다. 

‘미래도약 청년일자리사업’은 관내 기업에 정규직으로 신규 채용된 청년 30명을 3년간 지속 지원해 지역 정착과 생활 안정을 돕는다. 

취업 청년에게는 6개월 근속 시 근속장려금을 지원, 2년 차에는 인건비 80%(최대 168만 원)를 지원, 3년 차에는 분기별 250만 원씩 1년간 총 1,000만 원의 장기근속 인센티브를 지급하여 청년의 자립을 지원해 준다. 

‘미래드림 창업청년 지원사업’은 청년의 초기 창업 비용 부담을 덜어주기 위해 7년 이내 초기창업 청년 10명을 2년간 지원한다. 

1년 차에는 창업간접비(임차료, 시제품 제작비, 홍보비 등) 1,500만 원을 지원, 2년 차에는 청년 신규 고용 시 인건비의 80%를 1년간 지원한다.

또한 시는 내일꿈제작소 2층을 창업 인큐베이팅 공간으로 조성해 예비창업가의 창업교육·멘토링 및 컨설팅 등이 열리는 네트워킹 데이를 상시 개최할 예정이다.
