고양특례시 일산서구 덕이동은 지난 29일 바르게살기운동 고양시협의회와 함께 이웃 사랑과 나눔을 실천하기 위한 ‘온기 김장 나눔’ 행사를 실시했다.

이날 김장 나눔 행사에는 바르게살기운동 고양시협의회원, 동 직원 등 40여 명이 참여했으며, 이웃을 위한 훈훈한 마음을 담아 김장김치 100박스를 담갔다.

바르게살기운동 고양시협의회는 김장김치 100박스 중 35박스를 덕이동에 기부했으며, 기부된 김장김치는 덕이동 취약계층인 독거 어르신, 중장년 1인 가구 등에 직접 방문해 전달했다.

신동엽 덕이동장은 “김장 김치 나눔을 통해 추운 겨울철 이웃들과 따뜻한 마음을 나눌 수 있어 보람을 느낀다. 어려운 이웃을 위해 후원해 주신 바르게살기운동 고양시협의회와 동참해 주신 봉사자들과 동 직원들의 노고에 감사하다.”라며 인사를 전했다.[고양=박정호 기자]
