고양소방서는 2024년도 상반기 동안 투철한 사명감과 적극적인 자세로 소방 행정 발전에 이바지한 직원들의 노고를 치하하고자 베스트 소방공무원을 선정했다고 29일 밝혔다. 

 베스트 소방공무원이란 고양소방서의 각 업무 분야에서 성실하고 창의적인 자세로 맡은 바 직무에 최선을 다하는 직원을 발굴하여 그 공을 치하함으로써 조직 내 사기진작을 도모하기 위해 반기별로 운영 중이다.

이번 베스트 소방공무원에 선정된 국현진 소방위와 윤한얼, 한승호 소방교는 평소 직무를 성실히 수행하고 남다른 희생ㆍ봉사 정신으로 국민의 안전과 생명 보호에 앞장서 왔다.

구조·구급 분야에 선정된 국현진 소방위는 하트 세이버 3회 수여 및 전문적이고 친절한 구급활동으로 시민의 생명을 보호하고 헌신적으로 활동하는 데 공로를 인정받았다.

또한 화재 분야에 선정된 윤한얼 소방교는 화재진압, 인명구조 활동, 소방 기술 경연대회 참가 등 적극적인 자세로 타의 모범이 되었으며, 소방행정과 한승호 소방교는 소방 장비 구매계약, 관리, 차량 유지보수 업무 등 효율적인 장비 관리에 만전을 기하는 등 사명감과 책임감으로 선후배의 귀감이 되었다.
