고양특례시는 2026년 6월 1일 기준 개별·공동주택 가격(안)에 대한 열람과 의견 제출을 8월 5일부터 24일까지 실시한다고 밝혔다.

이번 열람 대상은 올해 1월 1일부터 5월 31일까지 건축물의 신·증축이나 토지의 분할·합병 등의 사유가 발생한 주택이다. 

시는 주택가격 결정·공시에 앞서 주택소유자와 이해관계인의 의견을 수렴해 공정성과 투명성을 높이기 위해 이번 절차를 마련했다.

주택가격은 주택 소재지 관할 구청 세무과를 방문하거나 부동산공시가격알리미 누리집을 통해 확인할 수 있다.

열람 기간 동안 산정된 주택가격에 의견이 있는 주택소유자 또는 법률상 이해관계인은 의견서를 제출할 수 있다. 

개별주택은 주택 소재지 관할 구청 세무과에, 공동주택은 한국부동산원 고양지사에 각각 의견서를 제출하면 된다.

접수된 의견은 주택 특성 재조사와 한국부동산원의 가격 검증을 거쳐 처리되며, 검토 결과는 의견 제출인에게 개별 통지된다. 

이후 고양시 부동산가격공시위원회 심의를 거쳐 오는 9월 30일 최종 주택가격이 결정·공시될 예정이다.

고양시 관계자는 "주택가격은 재산세 등 각종 조세 부과의 중요한 기초자료로 활용되는 만큼 시민들께서는 열람 기간 내에 반드시 주택가격을 확인하고, 필요한 경우 의견을 제출해 권익을 보호받으시기 바란다"고 말했다.

Housing prices can be checked by visiting the Tax Division of the district office with jurisdiction over the property's location or through the Real Estate Public Price Information website.

Homeowners or legally interested parties who have opinions regarding the calculated housing prices during the viewing period may submit written opinions. Opinions should be submitted to the Tax Division of the district office with jurisdiction over the location of individual houses, and to the Goyang Branch of the Korea Real Estate Institute for multi-unit dwellings.

Submitted opinions will be processed following a re-examination of housing characteristics and price verification by the Korea Real Estate Institute, and the results of the review will be individually notified to the submitters.

Subsequently, following deliberation by the Goyang City Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee, the final housing prices are scheduled to be determined and publicly announced on September 30.

A Goyang City official stated, "As housing prices serve as crucial basic data for the imposition of various taxes, such as property tax, we urge citizens to verify the prices within the viewing period and, if necessary, submit opinions to protect their rights and interests."
