고양특례시 중산1동 주민자치회가 지난 1일 주민자치사업인 ‘건강을 지키는 좋은 환경, 행복한 중산1동!’의 첫 번째 활동으로 주민들과 함께하는 마을 환경정비 캠페인을 실시했다.

이날 행사에는 주민자치회 위원과 지역 주민 등 20여 명이 자원봉사자로 참여해 중산체육공원과 중산로 일대를 중심으로 환경정화 활동을 진행했으며 참가자들은 구역을 나눠 도로변과 공원 주변에 방치된 쓰레기를 수거하는 한편, 마을 곳곳을 둘러보며 생활환경 개선이 필요한 사항도 함께 점검했다.

무더운 날씨 속에서도 참여자들은 쾌적한 마을 환경 조성을 위해 적극적으로 활동에 나섰으며, 주민의 시각에서 지역 현안을 살펴보고 개선 방안을 공유하는 뜻깊은 시간을 가졌다.
