파주시 금촌2동은 지난 27일 지역 음식점인 ‘금촌뼈다귀감자탕’, 금촌2동 지역사회보장협의체와 함께 ‘금이동네 사랑나눔가게’ 업무협약을 체결하고 취약계층을 위한 식사 지원에 나선다고 밝혔다.

이번 협약으로 금촌뼈다귀감자탕은 ‘금이동네 사랑나눔가게’ 15호점으로 지정됐으며 이에 따라 매월 식사권 5매를 정기적으로 후원하며 지역 내 어려운 이웃들에게 따뜻한 한 끼를 제공할 예정이다.

금촌2동은 경제적 어려움이나 건강상의 이유로 식사 지원이 필요한 주민을 선정해 지역사회보장협의체와 함께 식사권을 전달할 계획이며 식사권 지원에 그치지 않고 대상자의 생활 여건을 직접 살피며 추가적인 복지 서비스가 필요한 경우 맞춤형 상담과 다양한 지원사업을 연계해 복지 사각지대 해소에도 힘쓸 방침이다.
